Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back-ordered item or process a refund.

While we do offer free shipping worldwide, unfortunately, there are a few countries we cannot ship to; this is beyond our control. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please contact us before ordering at support@lofcase.com.

2. Shipping Times
Order processing takes 1 to 4 business days after payment confirmation, and the tracking code will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

The shipping times provided are estimates and may differ from those shown on the sales page. Delivery times may change or be delayed due to public holidays, external issues, or factors beyond our control.

2.1 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items. Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase. We currently operate a flat fee on shipping.

This price will be the final shipping cost for the customer.

3. Returns
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. Returns are only accepted in cases of defective products or incorrect items sent.

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Change Of Delivery Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it has been entered at the time of purchase.

4.2 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will process a refund for this item, and the remaining items in the order will be shipped as normal.

4.3 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery exceeds 30 days, please contact us directly with your order number.

 

5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of their shipment based on updates from the shipping provider.

 

6. Parcels In Transit
LofCase cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the provided address. Customers accept full responsibility to file any claim with the courier for stolen or lost shipments.

LofCase is not responsible for misdelivery errors via courier or incorrect shipping information.

 

7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

 

8. Cancellations
We accept cancellations only before the order has been processed. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.

 

9. Process for Parcels Damaged in Transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the claim.
