Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

a) Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer law.

The product must be returned in its original condition, without excessive use, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly sent items.

b) Defective or Damaged Products
If the product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately after receipt.

We will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return at no additional cost to you.

c) Customized or Promotional Products
Customized or promotional items cannot be returned, except in cases of defect or shipping errors.

2. Return Process

Email support@lofcase.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Wait for instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange or refund.

3. Refund

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
